"Jimmy" Burland, J.D. is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana and represents corporations, businesses and trade associations in the legal and political arenas. He is a state registered lobbyist with the state Legislature and Public Service Commission. He has authored and made speeches on legal and political topics in the areas of government, ethics, campaign finance law and PAC management.
